. Should be able to design on computer a solar installation and then be able to install it with highest level of safety standards . We will have laborers do the install but this person must be able to do the design and electrical . work and safety completely unsupervised to the highest level of safety standards . Should have a portfolio of work available to show or be able to show that you can complete this and speak good English level as we have an full English immersion environment . We can not provide any training for this position we need someone who can do it on their own . Pretenders please do not apply . Salary $350-500 initially and can rise to $800 based on experience and ability and performance and market availability after completing trial probationary period . No actual job experience, no education, and no qualifications are required, only your existing skill level and understanding is what matters, though of course the more you have the more we can assess your skill .
