Jobs Description

Monitor performance of all applications and propose upgrading or optimizing of support
Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions for issues related to AIE systems
Develop, maintain, and ensure implementation of Information Technology (IT), infrastructure (DPLC, DVPN…), architecture and Network Devices, security-related policies, standards and procedures
Administration, configuration, management and maintenance of Windows domain, DNS, DHCP, Antivirus Server, Mail server (Office 365, Cpanel…) office PABX system management
Configuration and managing VMWare Esxi, Vcenter Server and Veeam Backup
Manage, maintain and monitoring CCTV Camera
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations (SAN & NAS)
Manage, maintain and inventorying of IT assets
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and IT expense tracking
Corrective Action Report (CAR) all issues and services needed
Prepare reports monthly & YTD and meeting attendance

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s Degrees in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Good with both English writing and communication.
At least two years experiences in IT related field.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Handling with complaint & problem solving.
Judgment to plan and accomplish goals, be able to perform a variety of tasks.
