- Prepare involving custom’s clearance document - Received booking from shipper - Check with shipping about cargo and doc ready - Book to arrange space to airline - Send to get approval from agent with buying rate. - Send flight detail to shipper after got approval - Received IV&PL; from shipping - Process bill clearance and sticker - Issue draft AWB and send to shipper for cfm - When cargo handover, processing pouch and pass to cargo terminal - Handle Sea/Air export operation - Checking rate with shipping Lines / Airlines - Follow up the export operation process and working with oversea agents - Must be closed and Good Communication with shipping Lines / Airlines

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent. - At least 2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding / export operation with minimum 2 year experience in the - Logistics sector with Air/Sea Operations experience. - Computer knowledge (Microsoft office, Internet & Email and other). - Comprehensive English communication. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently. - Persistently drives issues to closure. - Well organized when working under pressure. - Work together with other in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork.
