- Develop and control the Marketing Dept.’s strategic plan and annual plan towards achieving ’s business goals and strategies - Develop and control SPM strategies towards achieving ’s vision and mission - Ensure the quality of work carried out by marketing, branded customer experience, research and SPM functions in order to achieve cost-efficient, high-quality outputs and deliverables - Provide innovative ideas to improve and develop market research, marketing campaigns and customer services to respond to the needs of targeted clients in a highly competitive market - Ensure consistent and thorough assessment of markets, competition and client demands - Develop and control 3-year financial projections and annual department budget to ensure cost efficiency in order to contribute to - MFI’s cost reduction target - Organize, monitor, motivate and evaluate staff under management to develop their capacity, personal and professional skills and nurture good team work.

- Degree in Marketing or other related fields - Minimum 6 years of work experience in marketing management, business development or project management - Minimum 4 years of work experience in senior management - Good oral and written communication in Khmer and English - Good communication, social and customer relation, problem-solving as well as interpersonal skills - Good management, analytical, critical and strategic thinking skills and able to work under pressure.
