• Take overall responsibility for all on and offline work produced for all merchant and assignment by company, including artwork design and making & editing video • Project manage all design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time to a high standard • Manage team of designers to ensure all work produced meets the satisfaction of the management, merchant and customer. • Mentor all team members to ensure progression and improvement of designing • Ensure all design work produced to promote, is on-brand and meets the brand guidelines • Realize the clear concept and information • Illustrate and design the idea for the artwork of event or project • Be trusted and proven to be capable of taking the role

• At least 5 years of proven experience with track records of previous work and achievement in the role, preferable in a digital agency • A broad portfolio which demonstrates expertise across a range of platforms • Concept of international and local design satisfaction • Skills in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect and etc. • A good understanding of print processes • Strong typography skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong team management and mentoring skills • Team player and people-person • Knowledgeable of the skill, committed and passionate • Eager to learn and adapt new things • Strong can-do attitude
