Job Description

1.      Contact window with customer on all concerns (CCDA, LO MR, TS) and material supplier.

2.     Assist the managing superior for any improvement needed within her merchandising team and continue enhancing merchandising work task.

3.     Monitor and manage the team to deliver the set of KPI’s related to samples and bulk production.

4.     Check randomly the created/updated BOM in PLM/ORIGO system to ensure the correctness of the entries and ensure the shared information to related department are accurate.

5.     Track and lead the team on all approvals related to Buy Ready and its KPI.

6.     Monitor the sample WIP being done by the team member to ensure correctness and on time submission to customer.

7.     Check the uploaded BOM of all materials from PLM/ORIGO to IPLEX2 to ensure complete and accurate information shared to related department concerning the bulk production.

8.     Protecting Adidas brand integrity- Meeting Security Audit requirements.

Job Requirement

1.     Wide experienced in a garment manufacturing firm especially in Merchandising field.

2.     Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, analysis, and computation.

3.     Possess strong leadership personality, people-oriented and team player

4.     Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision

5.     Computer literate

6.     Knowledgeable in English language

7.     College graduate
