• 5+ years' experience, Degree in Building Construction

• Strong understanding of construction process and sequence

• Deliver accurate reports at Design and Tender stage

• Solid technical grasp of Civil & MEP work

• Site coordination experience

• Can provide appropriate technical advice and direction

• Efficiency in construction-based programmers (MS Project, CAD etc)

• Independent work ethics

• Management position experience

• Ability to work well within team and delegate

• Strong communication skills (English & Khmer)
