1. Project management: Look for involvement in any professional project work through out his career portfolio.
a. Candidate may have involved in some parts or in full of the project.
b. It is a plus if candidate has involved in leadership role in the project work.
2. Digital Platform/Business Experience: Look for candidates who involved in digital platform/business experience in his career portfolio:
a. Digital platform may include: Mobile Banking App, e-Wallet App, FinTech App (Bong Luy, Clik, Kiu, Banhji, etc.), any other e-Commerce App (for example nham24, Food Panda, etc.)
3. Experience in ecosystem building: Look for candidate with involvement in onboarding merchant or partner to be part of an organization to serve customer:
a. Onboarding of partner/retail merchant/corporate merchant
b. Experience in maintaining the relationship or network with the partner/retail merchant/corporate merchant
c. Deal structuring ability experience is a plus. Deal structuring ability refers to the ability to design/arrange mutual benefit packages to attract or onboard potential partner/retail merchant/corporate merchant
.- Management experience and in-depth knowledge of the various oil and gas terminal procedures and practices is a plus.
- Experience in acquisition of strategic partner as part of ecosystem building is a plus.
- Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Good at planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing high performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Problem solving abilities.
