The incumbent is responsible and accountable for:

1. Financial Reporting

• The accurate and timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports as required by Sika Finanz AG.
• The co-ordination and preparation of the Annual Budget, 3 Year Plan and Facts and Figures as required by company Finanz AG.
• The preparation of statutory accounts in compliance with the reporting requirements of the Corporation Law and the International Accounting Standards.
• The preparation of Finance Manager' s reports for the Board of Directors.
• Provision of budgetary control reports to assist management control and decision making.

2. Cash Flow / Credit Control

• The planning and control of cash flows in order to ensure that the Company cash position is operated efficiently.
• Exercise administrative control over cash collections for the Company and monitor to ensure effective credit control is exercised and followed by State Management generally. Reporting on the cash collection performance monthly.

3. EDP Operation / Management Information System

• Manage a sound EDP / Management Information System to provide accurate and timely reports for management control and decision making.
• To provide financial services to management and staff.

4. Financial Accounting / Payroll

• Implement a financial accounting system with adequate internal accounting controls and monitor to ensure that company accounting procedures and financial controls are being adhered to.
• Company payroll.

5. Taxation

• The accurate and timely preparation of taxation returns including company income tax, payroll and other taxes, sales tax and taxes imposed by Government from time to time.
• Co-ordinate the determination of tax status of company products with the Executive Management Committee.

6. Quality Management

• The implementation and maintenance of the Company's Quality Management System relating to the Finance Department as defined in the Quality Management System.

7. Personnel & Administration

• Supervise Personnel & Administration management functions.

8. General Tasks

• Co-ordinate and liaise with external auditors.
• Preparation of statistical returns as required by Government bodies.
• Miscellaneous projects or tasks as directed by the Managing Director.

9. Expenditure Authority

Control expenditure within the limits established in the Expenditure Budget. All capital expenditures are to be approved by the Managing Director (using the Capital Expenditure Proposal form). Personal expenses incurred directly by the Director of Finance (e.g. travelling, telephone, entertainment etc.) must be approved by the Managing Director. Employee remuneration rates must be approved by the Managing Director for any replacement or appointment of staff.

Quality System Review

• Quality System Review

-Attend Quality System Review meetings.

• Document Control

-Responsible for implementing new or revised operating procedures under the Director of Finance' s control.

• Performance Appraisal Procedure

-Responsible for the co-ordination of the completion of annual performance appraisals with departmental managers.

- Extensive management and finance experience

- Good team leader and able to motivate staffs

- Good knowledge in computer.
