4. Responsible for budgeting, production planning, staffing, and inventory levels

5. Full financial responsibility - including reviews & analysis of expenditure

6. Develop operations plan and direct overall activities to assist in achieving total construction objectives

7. Ensure and monitor project progress and/or delays and take corrective steps so as to meet Projects deadline.

8. To implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual

9. Organizational restructuring, recruiting, training and development along with succession planning in coordination with the HR Dept at Group level.

10. To lead and mentor a team of Mechanical and Electrical Managers on Site so as to obtain best results in line with the agreed goals.

11. To oversee and enforce the implementation of HSE by MEP Contractors

12. To provide Board Members with adequate and timely reports on the company’s activities.

13. Coordinate with the Group areas to assure a streamlined business process and comply with Corporate guidelines

14. Any other duties as assigned by superior

1. Degree in Engineering from a reputable educational institution.

2. 5 -10+ years of experience in managing and growing large MEP company

3. A team player, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

4. General Management experience in MEP industry

5. Strong knowledge of MEP Systems (all aspects - design, function, installations, testing & commissioning and coordination with other trades)

6. Advanced understanding of construction planning, estimating and commercial processes, and supervision of large projects essential.

7. Able to manage multitasks

8. Strong knowledge of scheduling/planning and tracking of progress

9. Strong interpersonal skills

10. Strong verbal and writing skills, with regards to contractual communication

11. Knowledge of risk assessment and contingency planning.

12. Ability to work with difficult deadlines and under pressure

13. Negotiation/ Presentation/ Decision Making Skills

14. Excellent communication skills in English.

15. Ability to represent the company externally with key stakeholders
