-Handle SAP Administration Setup

- Enter & Maintain Master Data (Item & Business Partner Master Data, Price List,... etc)

- Create & Edit Chart of Accounts in system following instruction from Finance Manager

- Register Fixed Asset: Asset Master Data, Manual Capitalization and assist for A/P & for

Depreciation Run

- Assist for Adjustment of Year End Inventory Transactions (Counting & Posting) & adjust

on approved request.

- Support for Year End Closing

- Coordinate & Support for issue or update Forms, Reports as per request from Management

& Team

- Guide to the Main Users & provide support to the team for system issues encounters.

- Participate in training & Internal Audit Program for ISO 9001-2015.

- Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the

Finance director

- Leading the team responsible for payroll, VAT…

- Mentor the team, plan and organize finance training sessions with Head of Accounting

- Assign objectives and ensure follow up and successful achievements

- Review existing and set up new relevant KPI to monitor workload & team performance

- 3 Years minimum experience in an operation job is the most.
