Revenue and Collection control (AR)

- Issue customer invoice and record in accounting system

- Work closely with Operation to ensure correct invoicing and timely

- Check and Follow-up and customer payment and reporting

- Control revenue and reporting

- AR & Cash reporting

General Accounting:

- Assist FS in daily accounting works

- Ensure tax and legal compliancy

- Preparing monthly tax declaration

- Accounts/Balance Sheet reconciliations

- Prepare monthly Journal entries

- Control Fixed assets and prepare depreciation list

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly end closing to meet Group expectation such as deadline and Group’s accounting policy

- Work with external auditor for yearly financial audit

- Perform other tasks for finance department

- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or equivalent;

- At least 3-year experience accounting and finance field;

- Result-oriented, deadline commitment;

- Good team-work, self-motivated, honest, reliable, loyal;

- Able work under pressure, Able work independently;

- Able communicate English;

- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel

- Knowledge using accounting software.
