▪ Prepare tax and customs advice, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, DTA related advice, tax compliance and other tax and customs related services with the quality deliverable.

▪ Develop, plan and implement strategy for operational management and business development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within given budgets and timescales.

▪ Communicate with clients on matters assigned and ensure that all services provided meet minimum service quality requirement.

▪ Ensure that up-to-date tax and customs laws, regulations, economic and tax and customs news are available for team, Partners and other practice groups.

▪ Create templates and working tools to ensure that work or assignment will be smoothly performed and well documented.

▪ Supervise case management and closings.

▪ Prepare fee proposals, record properly time spent, both billable hours and non-billable hours, review and revise invoice in accordance with the firm’s policies.

▪ Coach and mentor team member.

▪ Maintains a professional relationship with other professional advisors and other law firms, chamber of commerce, business clubs, etc.

▪ Participate in the activities of tax-related professional bodies.

▪ Participate in knowledge management, professional development and firm administrative activities as requested.

▪ Maintain and develop good relation with tax authority to ensure the work done properly and timely.

Education

▪ Holds an undergraduate degree in tax, law, accounting, economics or equivalent in related field.

▪ Pass tax agent exam from National Tax School will be prioritized.

▪ Completion of CPA qualification is preferable.

▪ Other academic qualifications related to transfer pricing and/or double taxation agreement or other related field and/or English would be an added advantage.

Experience

▪ At least 7 years working experience in tax field or similar field would be an added advantage.
