▪ Prepare and/or provide tax and customs advice, and counsel to clients on a wide range of issues including, but not limited to tax due diligence, transfer pricing, DTA-related advice, compliance, and other tax and customs-related advice as assigned by supervisor.

▪ Assist supervisor to build and maintain productive working relationships with clients, and to establish creditability, influence where appropriate, and provide client excellent client service;

▪ Provide support ensure timeliness of debt collection and billing as assigned by supervisor.

▪ Maintain time record at all times;

▪ Ensure work is compliant with firm's procedures and standard documents;

▪ Review regulatory issues at all times and report any concerns to senior as appropriate and briefing to team member;

▪ Build knowledge and experience in the practice area to the highest standards;

▪ Undertake project work as required, undertaking any initiative identified, and designate from time to time by supervisor;

▪ Supervising, guiding, and delegating subordinates in their duties;

▪ Maintain and build professional and technical knowledge to ensure advice is relevant and commercial;

▪ Actively join professional development, and firm initiatives as requested;

▪ Maintain and build good relations with tax authorities;

▪ Coach and mentor team members; and

▪ Create templates and working tools to ensure that work or assignments will be smoothly performed and well documented.

Education

▪ Holds an undergraduate degree in law, accounting, economics or equivalent in related field.

▪ Pass Tax Agent Exam from National Tax School will be prioritized.

▪ Pursuing CAT or CPA course of ACCA qualification is preferable.

▪ Other academic qualifications related to transfer pricing and/or double taxation agreement or other related field and/or English would be an added advantage.

Experience

▪ At least 5 years working experience in tax field or similar field would be an added advantage.
