• Manage fashion collections (permanent and capsule) for clothes, accessories and home fashion • Design products and supervise external fashion designer and report to R&D director • Coordinate link between RD/Design Department and production, sales and marketing. • Under supervision of R&D Director to create new collection propose to committee • Manage prototype team to assign new tasks for them • Provide training skills to production team for collection. • Research and development on fashion market demand

• Fluency in English is a requirement • Khmer language will be highly appreciated • Fashion design education/training • Junior fashion designer with 2 to 5 years’ experience • Fashion technics (prototype and production knowledge) • Marketing and business oriented • Khmer culture knowledge • Western market understanding • Experience with relevant software applications (Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop… ) is required • Fashion design skills / fashion concept skills • Experience in making pattern • Strategic thinking and creativity • Judgment, persuasiveness and adaptability • Organization and planning • Excellent presentation and attitude • Good team work and contribute creation idea with R&D team
