• Effectively lead the sale teams to achieve sale and distribution targets • Promote the product line and expand the market • Ensure excellent products merchandising and display • Manage, follow up, and evaluate sale staff’s daily performance • Advice, train, and provide solutions to the sale team • Follow up the market situation and define the problems and solutions • Report market situation and prepare market report weekly and monthly

• Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration • At least two-year experience in this position, preferred in FMCG sector • Ability to manage and plan sale activities • Ability to offer solutions on time, and be flexible • Proven ability to lead the team and work as a team • Good attitude, hardworking, honesty, and self-motivation • Microsoft Office skill • Be able to travel to province
