- Lead and make call, appointment customers and identify customer’s needs. - Visit and maintain relation with customers. - Find and research new property for sale, lease on target client zone. - Set up sale strategy to reach the goal. - Conduct daily & weekly report and update sale status into company filing system. - Understand the products and company’s services to full fill customer needs. - Well knows about Cambodia property knowledge. - Meet sale target assigned by management.

- Age 25 - 35 - Male or Female. - Bachelor degree in Business Administrative field or related. - At least 2-year experience in real estate industry. - Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. - Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite - Good in writing/speaking/listening English (Chinese is a plus).
