Jobs Description

• Direct overall operations of the Department • Maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the Company’s goals and objectives • Study and review on all the processes of KHB and provide any recommendations for process improvement if any • Analyze management information, investigate major variances, highlight key trends, and seek additional information as required • Act as the main contact point for other departments in investigate insights related to the cause of variances, adverse trends, etc., and actions to address • Proactively check posting of financial figures in order to detect errors before month end and: (i) investigate any unusual figures, (ii) analyze accruals & prepayment, etc., (iii) monitor and control accounting for rebates & provisions, and (iv) liaise with Accounting Manager to control account reconciliation and any accounting issues in A/P, A/R, and Treasury and discuss and report to Senior manager of ICA department. • Oversee monthly product costing variance analysis and investigate any major variances and trends all products/SKUs in the assigned business unit • Discuss and report to senior manager of ICA department on any plans and issues found or happened to know • Contribute in the development of the company’s policies and procedures • Train, supervise and evaluate staffs • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

• Have at least 5 years of experience in Audit field, or a related area • Have knowledge of Audit and Assurance • Have knowledge of business operations (in FMCG or Brewery) • Have knowledge of accounting and finance • Have knowledge of Taxation in Cambodia • Have strong people and project management • Have strong leadership skills • Have strong interpersonal skills • Have strong analytical and logical thinking skills • Have ability to think creatively and innovatively • Have ability to work under pressure • Demonstrate advanced skills in Ms. Office • Have strong presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer • Be able to start as early as possible.
