- Bachelor degree or fresh graduated is preferred - At least 1 years of working experience - Good computer skill in MS. Office, Internet and Email and databases - Good Speaking and Listening English - Proven experience as debt collector - Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines - Knowledge of relevant legal requirements - Excellent communication and people skills - Apt in negotiating and persuading - Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
