- Work closely under CEO - Providing and interpreting financial information - Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends - Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance - Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk - Conducting reviews and evalutions for cost-reduction opportunities - Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems - Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out - Make tax declaration and accounting related work 0Ensure transactions are properly recorded timely - Control and maintain good organized financial files and records - Record all transactions following accounting standard - Prepare payment for company transaction and requesting reimbursement and staff salary - Prepare financial statements for CEO to specific deadlines - Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation - Negotiate with bank and tax authority - Collaborate and support other Departments

- Fluent in Khmer and English - At lease bachelor's degree in finance and accounting - At least 5 years' experience as senior accountant, senior auditor or financial manager - Skilled in using Quick Book or the other basic software - Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email) - Good management and leadership - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Hones, hard-working and self motivated - Able to work as a team - Able to work under pressure
