• Create, implement and develop security procedures and training programs for all retail formats • Identify, investigate, or resolve any security issues affecting retail business activities • Propose, create and implement security procedures related to the different retail formats • Conduct physical audits to ensure each site complied with company's procedures • Conduct, support, or assist government/local authority reviews during any official assessment of our properties • Supervise all internal security teams and sub-contractors' performance in the retail's premises such as selecting, hiring, training, and evaluating performance • Plan, direct or coordinate all security activities to safeguard customers, the company's employees, assets, merchandises and all its properties • Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses or violation of regulations, policies and procedures • Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire department and other agencies • Prepare and propose financial budgets to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations • Prepare and review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposal procedure reviews, tactical or strategic security initiatives • Implement and manage loss prevention processes and programs • Implement and train building and emergency response teams. • Oversee all security investigations related to retail business • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hold bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Have recognized qualification in security or a similar field • Have minimum 10 years of experience in security or a related field • Be security professional with a proven management experience within retail or security industries, public sector or armed services • Have experience in using relevant technologies and equipment (e.g. CCTV) • Have experience in writing procedures and preparing reports • Have knowledge of electronic security systems • Must have high level of English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing, and being an ideal conversant in Khmer is highly recommended • Have familiarity with public authorities • Have strong management and leadership skills • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills • Possess basic IT skills • Have proven ability to influence people (internally and externally) • Have ability to work under pressure • Have ability to work as part of the team as well as to work independently • Have ability to assess risks and take or recommend appropriate actions or mitigation • Have ability to detect, research and analyze complex risk situations • Have ability to respond quickly to any threats for the company • Be a strong and mature leader and team player • Show high commitment and reliability.
