- Monitors the expiring warranty unit and negotiates with customer for service contract to achieve conversion target. - Monitors the expiring contracts and negotiates with customer for service contract renewal to achieve agreed price increase target. - Prepares and submits spare parts and repair jobs quotations to clients within a reasonable response time and ensure of selling prices are in line with Schindler sales policies. - Co-ordinates and plans with Service Operation on the parts replacement planning and ensures that the proposals are submitted to clients and allow them to have enough information and time to do the budgetary planning. - Plans and take actions to gain the new business and recover the lost contracts to ensure that the targets will be achieved. - Builds and maintains a good relationship with both new and existing customer to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term business relationship. - Makes sales visit and closes sale deal in order to achieve service contract sales and repair sales targets. - Accountable for request invoicing to FAD for all service contracts and repair sales are under responsible area to ensure no outstanding billing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing or related field. - Schindler’s products knowledge. - Sales and marketing skills - Presentation skills - Good communication and human relation - Commercial skills - years in elevator sales industry or related business - Good command in English - Basic MS - To maintain portfolio units and get service contract with price increase in a difficult and highly competitive market
