Jobs Description

- Check daily staff's attendent - Daily support administration tasks - Control company asset and stock - Deliver invoice to customers - Assist in purchasing material for site - Visit site and do the report if necessary - Solve problems in the company - Other tasks assigned by the management team

Jobs Requirement

- Male only - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent - Have knowledge in construction’s material is an advantage - At least one year experience as an admin - Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, …) - Good in English - Age from 22 - Good communication skill and problems solving skill - Honest, high commitment, work hard, flexible, be able to work under pressure, independent, and responsibility - Be able to learn new things - Be able to work overtime
