- Greeting with warm welcome to the guest upon arrival - Address guests by their name each time they are encountered - Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for guests and be ready to assist guests by anticipating their needs - Handle telephone call in professional style and nicely - Responsible for guest information, including records of guests, repeated guests and membership guests - Explain programs and activities, teaching guests how to use the equipments and provide fitness information - Set up, maintain and clean the equipments - Report and resolve guest complaints - Monitor guest activities to ensure adherence to safety procedures, and compliance with rules and regulations - Sell refreshments and products inside the center to guests - Record details of sales and receipts of products sold to customers on a daily basis - Inspect fitness facilities and provide general maintenance - Report to management of any damage or broken of facilities as require to conduct further maintenance or fixing.

- High school diploma or up - At least one year experience in recreation and physical fitness - Knowledge of a fitness facility and physiology - Knowledge of computer usage (Word, Excel, Paper Work, E-mail, Internet….) - Excellent in hospitality skill and customer service - First-aid training and certification - Ability to set up and lift heavy equipments - Have an outgoing personality and love of fitness - Ability to provide instruction and teach others
