** Role: Hospital Admin Officer – Phnom Penh To keep on improving the quality of service of health insurance SafetyNet is looking for a Hospital Admin Officer for Phnom Penh’s region. The purpose of the role is to establish and maintain relationship with a network of hospitals and clinics. The main objective is to ensure that key hospital functions such as receptionists, nurses and other medical professionals are familiar with our health insurance products and processes and comply with our requirements. The candidate should be flexible and ready to carry on tasks outside the job description but within their area of competences. ** Accountabilities - Building relationship with key hospital personals - Conducting training of key functions within the hospitals - Negotiating and interpersonal skill - Identifying administrative difficulties faced by hospitals personal and proposing solutions - Proposing inclusion or exclusion of hospitals within the network - Contributing to the quality of our insured’s experience within our hospital network - Contributing to the mitigation of fraud and abuses ** Objective and performance indicators - Number of hospital visits per month - Number of trainings conducted per month - Negotiation skills - Timeliness and quality of reporting to management

- Strong medical knowledge - English speaking and writing (speak Thai/Vietnamese is a plus) - Basic knowledge of computer software such Microsoft Word - Empathy with patients/customers - Willing to learn and ambitious
