Jobs Description

• Control, check and maintain time keeping and finger print machine. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports. • Keep all administrative forms, policies control and personnel records. • Ensure employees well-being by providing administrative supports as required. • Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and distribution of office supplies & materials. • Maintain office supply include stationary. • Assist in canteen management and staff • Update computer with timely and valid information when necessary. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

• BA in HR Management or other related fields; • Experience in HR and Admin or similar type of work for 1 year is encourage to apply; • Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point); • Problem solving and analytical skills; • Positive attitude toward learning, problem solving, team work and work under pressure; • Good interpersonal and Communication skills; • Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
