- Calculate sales incentive and process to related departments - Generate weekly and monthly sales report - Follow up sales documents, pending and/or progressive. - Process cancellation or change in information before issuing policies - Solve problems and various requests that appear in the process - License renewal and training arrangements for managers and operational team - Verify accuracy/completion of documents such as sales proposal/illustration before submitting to the relevant - Other tasks assigned by line manager

- Bachelor Degree in any fields - At leas 1 years experience - Computer literacy - Good command in English - Good in Presentation skill - Good coordination - Good negotiation - Good interpersonal skills, and service mind - Able to work under pressure - Understand basic insurance concepts
