- Ensure all staffs come to work on time - Assign necessary staff for overtime if necessary - Assign work to ensure no one is free 2.Daily operation control: - Plan resource to allocation to each work - Monitor the work load and reassign if necessary - Ensure the work quality and deadline - Resolve problems (trouble shooting) - In case of shortage of workers, take the initiative and do the operation 3.Maintain safety and healthy work environment: - Ensure to follow 5S guideline - Keep clean the warehouse environment - Maintain building and equipment - Ensure to comply with legal regulations 4.Gemba Kaizen: - Improve the operation by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout 5.Human resource management: - Process the new recruitment with logical reason - Train staffs - Evaluate staffs

- Male - Bachelor or master degree in business management or other related fields - Good command of English both writing and speaking - Experience working as HR or Operation as well as management level - Professional in PC skill - Good talent in management and leadership - Experience from logistic industry is priority. - Able to work long term
