- Implementation & Tactics: Prepare marketing Mix and Implementation Plan - Ensure all marketing activities are kick off on time with good result - Managing Information gaps: Market research, assessing competitive activity - Control: Measure results, Evaluate, Propose & carry out corrective action - Market visit: to obtain status of ongoing activities and market competition observation - Research & Analysis: Examine markets, customers and competitors - Field works: ensure field work KPIs - Promo mats: define how many promo mats (brochures, gimmicks, documents…) will be used in the year. - Effectively dealing with internal and external customers - Ensure all logistic work done timely - Involve in strategic and marketing planning with brands managers

- University degree on Pharmacy or Medicine Masters in Marketing or Economics - At least 1-2 year experience in marketing activities execution from FMCG/ Pharmaceutical industry - Familiar with computer applications (MS.Words, Excel and Power point ) is a must - Good command in English - Good communication and team work
