  • Work within established standard operating procedures and systems with clear project objectives to produce delivery outputs, schedules and track budgets, highlighting variances in order to manage and control project delivery targets
  • Deliver/assist to manage small to medium scale projects or programs ensuring appropriate use of resources to deliver the required scope of work within set deadlines
  • Present any project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure the project is not adversely impacted, and ensure that the delivery of projects is compliant to standards
  • Analyse and review a range of data to identify key themes and trends and use the outputs to produce recommendations that support project decision-making.
  • Use knowledge and experience to review project processes and policies, providing advice to support management in developing and improving processes and systems.
  • Interact effectively across the organisation, completing complex professional level tasks for others in order to ensure projects/programs can be delivered to meet client and customer expectations.
  • Advise colleagues on issues relating to own projects, providing subject matter advice in order to support delivery and ensure there is alignment between policy and operational practice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and third party contractors, in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and expectations.


Jobs Requirement


  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, preferably assisting in the management of small to medium-sized projects within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project and program management methodologies and tools, with a basic understanding of their application in delivering projects and programs on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated expertise at the 'Practitioner' level in one or more service lines relevant to construction project and program management, with a focus on quality control, document coordination, and document management.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control measures, overseeing document coordination processes, and managing document repositories.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and standards, particularly in relation to quality control and documentation requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of contract management principles and practices, including procurement processes and subcontractor management, with an understanding of document management aspects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address challenges related to quality control, document coordination, and document management, under guidance from senior consultants.
  • Ability to assist project and program teams effectively, by participating in task delegation, providing support, and facilitating collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assist in liaising effectively with peers, senior colleagues, and external stakeholders, contributing to relationship-building efforts.
  • Commercial acumen and organizational understanding within the construction industry, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
  • Track record of contributing to the delivery of high-quality project and program deliverables and supporting client satisfaction.
  • Eagerness to seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project and program management, with a focus on quality control, document coordination, and document management.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to assisting in delivering excellence in quality control, document coordination, and document management aspects of project and program management consultancy.
  • Willingness to learn digitalization and process automations, as well as to contribute to the development of insightful dashboard reports to enhance project and program management processes.
