• Handle new registrations and customer inquiries via walk-in, online or telephone • Inform students and parents regarding the latest offers and promotions • Assist customers by answering questions about our services and products • Manage teacher scheduling and ensure correct hours worked/payments • Verify and receive the correct payments for student school fees • Be sure to properly handle and record customer inquiries or concerns • Use BaseCamp to manage projects and/or to-do lists • Manage available room schedules using school management software • Administer the school desk and ensure its tidiness at all times • Research required information using available resources • Report to the School Desk Manager and assist with other general tasks

• Outstanding customer service ability • Be a team player and contribute to team efforts • Can speak, read and write both Khmer and English • Well-organized and responsible • Great sense of time management • Can work full-time weekdays and/or weekends • Works well independently without much supervision
