- Participate actively in the Front Office activity for all the rooms. Her mission is to reach the best satisfaction from all the guests staying. - Japanese Guest Relations Officer has been elated for her perfect knowledge of the hotel procedures & standards, and for her guest relations skills. She then has to keep at any time of her duty a strong guest focus and to ensure in all details that each guest staying at the hotel spend the most enjoyable stay possible. - Must smiley, willing to help the guest, will ensure a warm greeting with bonjour of any guest arriving and will keep permanently a positive attitude. - The Japanese Guest Relations Officer will follow up any of the (professionally acceptable) guest requests such as flight reconfirmation, restaurant booking, recommendations. If she does not have the answer, she will follow up with the person concerned (Concierge, manager) but will not send the guest to another section. - The Japanese Guest Relations Officer will be attentive to respect the privacy/confidentiality of the information, or guest names available. She will ensure not to transmit any guest name, or guest history information. - The Japanese Guest Relations Officer is responsible for receiving and escorting all VIP’s and ensuring that they feel comfortable and welcome on their arrival. - To meet & assist VIP guest on their departure requirement. - Provide services information to guest that is most accurate and up to date. - Meet and Escort guest from the main entrance to the reception counter for registration. - Show guest up to their rooms and explain the facilities the hotel provides. - Offer to do their flight reconfirmation, changes or new bookings. - Promotes the hotel outlets and offer to make reservations for them. - To be thoroughly conversant with the computer system at the Front Office. - Checks and ensures that all rooms / suites assigned for VIPs are in order and the respective amenities are placed in the room/suites before the guest arrival.

Jobs Requirement

Essential and optional requirements - Minimum of 1 years in the similar position - Good contacts with guests - Computer skills (e.g. word processing and spreadsheet, Opera System) - Fluent Japanese and English Speaking - Impeccable grooming and vibrant personality - Charisma and Charm
