- To maintain the highest standard of greeting guest and bidding farewell. - Taking guest’s reservation. - To assist guests in seating and napkins folding. - To assist to take guest’s order of food and beverage. - To assist to serve guest of food and beverage. - Keep updating guest’s history carte for guest recognition programed. - Responsible for all admin work. (menu, wine list, reservation book, manifest, log book, stationary) - Cleanliness of hostess area. - Report all reservations during briefing. - Be able to operate computer / fax /, guest service. - Good knowledge of menu (both food and beverage). - Good knowledge of product: food & beverage. - Good knowledge of any promotions that may be introduced. - Strong working relationship with all colleagues. - Knowledgeable of restaurant's pertinent information. - Knowledge of restaurant setting, capacity. - To be punctual for work.

- Education: grade 10 or 12 - Female: 18-22 - Be honest and hard working - Good appearance and good health - Good attitude with guest and team work - Can work under pressure
