** Job description Mission: No Dead Stock/No Stock-Out and Maximize GP ・Make order to supplier by sale data ・Keep communicating with supplier for customer's requirement ・Find new supplier and SKU for our business development ・Negotiate with supplier for reducing our buying cost • Building and fulfil the flow of purchase ordering process with the related sections • Management of various kinds of SKU(Products) (Excel and Ordering system data base) • Research the products and services for the accumulation of information as the company • Coordinate with stock controller ・Check the quality of all items when items are In/Out ・Count stock regular for checking the amount ・Check the expire date for each item and alert before these will expire ・Make the stock data (daily) and adjust the actual stock and stock data (monthly) • Responsible for stock management of basic process, especially considering more efficient way of stock keeping (In/Out) • Take measures in order not to make Dead stock & Overstock • Make target and action plan and setting proper KPI every month • Advanced level of management (Stock turnover, Period of stock turnover control, ABC Analysis) • Teaching the way of dealing with stocks to delivery staffs • General tasks assigned from upper management * Whether Purchasing main or Stock controlling main are to be decided during probation period
