- Planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance (CMMS), RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis), and improvements. - Perform production equipments are in the good condition to run smooth process & production. - Controlling the quality of work done by subordinates and contractors - Provide and conduct daily & weekly performance evaluation and provide plan for improvement. - Continuous improvement on technical availability through TPM Analyse the breakdown in daily base. - Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, calibrates and tests a Brewery equipments & instrumentations - Troubleshoots all machines and process controller hardware, maintains a functional knowledge of the operation of the system software and hardware. - Makes periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all machines and control systems. Diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate. - Reads and interprets wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications in making installations or performing major repair work.

- Engineering Degree in Mechanics or related fields; - Preferably with 2 to 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment, Utilities Plant; - Preferably from well-known Universities with good academics background. - Good command of English (written and spoken) - Willingness to learn new things and exposure to fast-paced working environment.
