I. KEY TASKS: -Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the company -Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business -Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the company such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the company previous handling of risks -Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks -Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders -Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the company. II. -Bachelor Degree in audit, accounting, and other business sector -Proven working experience in related field -Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines -Sound analytical orientation -Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team -Ability to interact with people from varied cultural background -Sound problem solving skills with high flexibility -Ability to manage many tasks at the same time -Ability to identify the issue and issue resolution skill -Strong understanding on varies type of system -Ability to work independently with minimum supervision -Willing to go to provinces
