** Main job tasks & Responsibility - Advise consult with clients of the issues and find out the solutions for them. - Continue to provide the service clients with high responsibility. - Prepare the monthly tax return for clients with meeting the deadline of submit the form. - Prepare the annual tax return for clients to tax department on time. - Make sure supporting from clients are to be ready for our tasks. - Find out the tax risk of each clients are send to them for improvement. - Supervise, train and reviews the tax team members. - Other tasks assigned by director.

** Education & Requirements - Graduated tax agents from NTS or Diploma of tax - At least Bachelor degree in accounting or CAT/ACCA/CPA student is preferable - Knowledge of both Accounting principle and taxation, law Cambodian Accounting Standard for SMEs. - knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations - Knowledge and experience of computerized accounting system ( Quickbook, Peachtree,...) - Good command in English (both writing and speaking) ,Can speak Chinese is advance - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the management of budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing - Experience in practical accounting and tax firm is plus - knowledge of auditing practices and principles is plusKey competencies - Be honest, confidential , patient and friendly - Be able to come up with initiative ideas and knowledge sharing - Creative and innovative mind - High Commitment to achieve core value , vision and mission of the company - Mindset in Business Ethic - Attention to detail and accuracy - Flexible and be able to handle complex and changing client environment. - Strategic and critical thinking - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Information and task monitoring - Problem identification and analysis - Judgment and problem-solving - Supervisory skills - Stress tolerance
