- Provide the technical support to end-users; - Create, initiate and develop the desktop computing environment; - Install the software programs and applications; - Determine, identify and troubleshoot the technical problems relating to software and hardware; - Install and configure the software programs and applications; - Execute the tests and debug programs; - Maintain and manage the workstations, servers, printers and scanners and other related equipment. - Ensure the quality hardware and software support for end-users; - Interconnect the workstations, terminals and existing data networks; - Use the client management tools effectively to maintain workstations and servers; - Set up the workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.); - Check the computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality; - Install and configure the appropriate software and functions according to specifications; - Develop and maintain the local networks in ways that optimize performance; - Organize and schedule the upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from computing their work; - Perform the troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.); - Maintain the records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule, and - Identify the computer or network equipment shortages and place orders other duties assign later.

- Age: 22-35 years old; - Cambodian Nationality; - Bachelor of Computer Science - Knowledge about Networking and Telephone and Printer etc.; - At least two years of experience in system administrator of bank or MF (Microfinance); - Good in writing and speaking English; - Strong organizational and Interpersonal Communication Skill, and - Being honest, hard-working and healthy/high responsibilities.
