- Greeting guest with polite manner and check before allowing to enter the premise - Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry - Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter as schedule - Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances - Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences - Report in detail any suspicious incidents - Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates - Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment - Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the assigned place - Driving (when needed) - Drive the car when needed - Turn off car engine when car is not moving unless car is standby for occupancy 10mins before pick up. - Make sure that air con, wipers and car beam lights, etc are in good working condition before and after work. - Ensure the water level, engine oil, brake oil and gasoline are regularly monitored and refill - Check cleanliness of car, both interior and exterior. - Make sure car interior is keep neat and tidy before and after all pick-ups. - Ensure basic necessity items such as first aid items are stocked up before starting work. - Open doors for car users and greet with a smile at all times. - Other ad hoc assignments as and when required.

- Minimum experience of 2 years as Security Guard - High school diploma - A reliable means of transportation and communication - Fluency in Khmer (reading, speaking and writing). Ability to communicate in English / Chinese is an advantage. - A reasonable level of physical fitness. - Willingness to participate in a pre-employment screening process (drug screen and background checks) - Ability to work on 12 hour shift 7 days a week (additional 5-10 minutes daily for handover) *Skills/attributes required: - The ability to drive - the ability to write short reports and follow written instructionsPolite yet confident to question people when necessary - the ability to follow direction and use rational thinking - the ability to work with technical equipment like CCTV - organizational skills - cleanliness - vigilance
