- Bachelor's degree graduated. - At least 1 years working experience with related field (preferred experience with medical equipment supply company) - Language proficiency in English - Good computer knowledge – MS Office - Previous customer relation (telephone support) experience - Excellent telephone manner - Strong customer focus with experience with superior negotiation skills and billing skills - Excellent interpersonal skills
