- Preparing employment contract, employment offer and confidentiality contract for new employee; - Maintaining employee attendance records, tracking employees working on weekends or public holidays, and annual leave records; - Check and manage effective use of the office's supplies and stationery; - Issue, track, company ID cards, ID badges, and business name cards for new employees; - Issue and manage all employee handbooks; - Cambodia Labor law employment compliance (employee work book and declaration on staff movement…); - Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment; - Organize and maintain the filing system of all company documents. Write, implement, and all maintain, company policies, record and maintain meeting minutes; - Handle on travel arrangements such as accommodation reservation, ticketing, transportation, visa arrangement; - Handle company health and accident insurance; - Other tasks assign by management.

- Bachelor degree of Human Resource Management or other related field; - At least 1-2 years of working experience in HRM field; - Good knowledge of Cambodian labor law; - Excellent spoken and written both Khmer and English language; - Strong commitment and be able to work under pressure; - Good communication skill, team-work skill, and time-management skill; - Flexible and honest.
