- Responsible and maintain for all book keeping and accounting entries into the accounting systems (Sage ERP Systems) - Handle general cash flow and ensure replenishments are made on a timely basis - Handle fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules - Preparation and declare tax declaration, tax budget planning, and tax documentation - Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable ledger and accounts receivable ledger - Produce monthly financial & management reports and other reports/estimates as requested - Check and verify monthly payroll and process bank transfer - Follow up payments of sales invoices and issue official receipt for service revenue collected - Coordinate and provide technical or advisory to all the departments and provide opportunities for cost reduction - Provide facilitation support during internal and external audit to ensure the audit work is carried in a timely manner - May perform other assignments as requested

- Bachelor Degree of Accounting and Finance or related field - At least 4 year accounting experiences handling complete set of accounting - Good knowledge of Cambodian Taxation and IFRS for SME - Self-Management - Book keeping skills - Hard working - Good communication - Reliability and accountability
