- Overall review on sale order - Spot check invoice - Spot check and review credit note / debit note - Solve all problems between department and customers (Delivery and invoice) - Spot check and review the bill or invoice for payment to taxi - Review complain from delivery man after delivered and provide solution - Spot check and review expense for delivery man (parking, charge from police or…) - Spot check motor gasoline and truck every weekend ( how many they use per week ) - Spot check all items follow the invoices issued - Make a solution between delivery and customers - Prepare monthly report about customer complain and provide solution - Prepare monthly spot check report about invoice, credit note/debit note - Other tasks assigned by management

- Bachelor degree and above; - Be able to work under pressure; - Has good interpersonal skills; - Good time management and planning skill; - Be able to use initiative and independent; - At least four year experience related to customer and logistic;
