- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies - Create and update expense reports - Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers. - Process reimbursement forms - Assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable - Prepare bank deposits - Enter financial transactions into accounting software (QuickBooks or Peachtree) - Check petty cash in spreadsheets for accuracy - Maintain digital and physical financial records - Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed - Participate in auditing process internally and externally. - Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field • Ability to communicate in English and/or Chinese is advantages • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures • Familiarity with finance regulations • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Peachtree etc.) • Organization skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Be honest and friendly • Able to work under pressure
