- Prepare payment, receipt and journal vouchers - Issue cheques and petty cash payment - Prepare monthly tax declaration to submit to tax department in Kompong Som province - Prepare documents and Financial Statement related to the yearly tax declaration - Filing the documents for taxes and internal documents in order - Daily deposit the money into the bank - Issue invoice for the customer staying at resort - Follow up account receivables from customers - Collect, analyze, record and post transactions in QuickBooks - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations - Supervise Accountant Assistant - Check Assistant Accountant’s work for daily, weekly and monthly - Observe daily cash count for receptionist counter of front desk done by accountant - Report to owner - Other tasks as assigned by Owner and GM
