- Oversee an operation from initial site preparation to building completion to ensure construction meets set standards. - Present at construction sites to monitor and ensure that every phase of construction is in accordance with building plan and set deadline. - Direct and supervise building contractors and technical staff to ensure they adhere to quality specifications and procedures. - Collaborate with construction and architectural engineers to develop and implement plans for a building project. - Review project plans to approve or recommend design changes. - Assign job tasks to construction personnel, ensuring even distribution of workload. - Motivate and mentoring to building staff to ensure timely completion and realization of construction goals. - Prepare cost estimate for a building project is to determine the budget for a project - Contact clients to present proposals or reports of a construction work. - Oversee the recruitment and training of architectural or engineer personnel. - Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for construction operations. - Analyze available technology and resource to determine the feasibility of a project. - Oversee the selection and procurement of construction materials to ensure quality products are purchased. - Conduct negotiate with building contractors to reach a fair bargain for technical services. - Compliance with government laws on housing and construction. - Involve ensuring work operation are in accordance with set health and safety regulations and procedures. - Evaluate bids from sub con to determine the company most suitable for a contract. - Take decision on ways to resolve a construction issue or difficulty. - Provide consultation services to clients to recommend materials and labor requirement for a construction

- Bachelor degree in Architecture. - At least 8 years experiences as an architect. - English: influent( writing and speaking) - Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation. - High personality and able to work under pressure - Good health - Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential - Excellent communication skilled, be able to handle guest and conversation and problems - Ability to plan and organize a team effort - Good computer literacy ( AutoCAD 2D, 3D Max + Vray Rendering,Photoshop, Sketch Up + Vray Rendering ), Internet, Email, Word, Excel, Power Point)
