- Controlling of the raw materials that are imported for the laboratory such as Cements, sands, Steel bar, Stone (Aggravate), Admixture and Adhesive Chemicals - Assist materials, quality team testing on concrete and raw materials - Testing of new specimen and new Admixture with Adhesive Chemicals for support to product - Making and testing of concrete samples to customers and assist all tasks assign by manager - To follow a trail of the result for checking of concrete sample with the product - Ensure that all customers/contractor within the assigned territory are well visited and contacted - Provide a product and system as well as a technical support to customers/contractor - Monitoring and feedback competitor’s advertising and promotional activities - Manage daily visit to customers - And Report progress of the test to Manager and customers

- Academic degree in Civil Engineering (Road & Bridge) - Minimum 5 years experiences in Lab of Road & Bridge - English language: excellent (both writing & speaking) - Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation. - Good personality and able to work under pressure, - Be honest and be hard work - Excellent communication skilled for solving problems with all relation concerned - Good computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Mat Lab, Photoshop, Internet, Email)
