Jobs Description

• Control, manage, and purchase office stationary for daily using. • Handle with administrative tasks in office to support the team; • In charge of preparing quotation to customer; • Prepare and follow up the contract to sub-contractors; • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or personally. • Handle report income, expense and Control petty cash • Follow up payment, issue invoice and inform developer and client to make payment to company • Perform other duties requested by team.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Banking, Accounting or related fields; • 1-year experience in Admin and Account or knowledge in both are advantages; • Must be known about Administrative work; • Good initiative and responsible; • Good communication skills; • Good command of English, written and spoken; • Good personality, high interpersonal skills and under pressure.
