- Lead and manage team of accounting staff, including selection/hiring, objective setting, performance management, coaching and training. - Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries. - Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance sheet and Statement of Cash Flows. - Manage company tax declaration such as monthly tax return, personal tax on salary, withholding tax, VAT and deal with tax government officer. - Preparation of budget expenditure. - Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets - Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff. - Review revenue and expense account analysis and bank reconciliation and oversee fixed asset management. - Approves all journal entries and accruals prepared by accounting officer - Propose efficiencies and work flow improvements. - Various office management functions.

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Accounting or Finance. - At least three year experiences with accounting and financial field. - Strong supervisory, organizational skills and computer skills. - Must be PC proficient and have strong experience with Quick Books & Microsoft Office - good command of English. Can speak mandarin is an added advantages. - Ability to do multi-task and work under pressure - Strong Knowledge of Cambodian taxation law
