- Supervising during meal periods to ensure that all of standards and steps of service are met through all customer’s interactions. - Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff. - Ensuring that all steps of services as outlines in training materials are being followed on a daily basis. - Interact positively with customers promoting catering facilities and services. - Deal problems to the satisfaction of the customers - Communicate with customer and employees with polite and in a clear voice, coordinate and document reservations. - Take action to ensure food quality and service standards. - Solicit feedback from customer concerning the service and food & beverage offerings in all outlets. - Work closely with the Operation Manager to check the food & Beverage and Finance in monthly stock controlling. - Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter. - Assist the Operation Manager and HR Department in Interviewing, selecting, training, supervising. - Do other as required by Operation Manager

- At least 1-year experience of supervisory - Bachelor graduated in related with distributors and sales, or business administration - Good command of English (Spoken and Written) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Team player - Able to work under pressure - Strong management and leadership skills - Hardworking, Tolerate and humble - PC skills (Microsoft offices), internet & E-mail +Benefit - Have 4 days off per month - According to Cambodia labor law can have 18 days paid leave after working 1 years - Training period 3 months ( 100% of the basic salary during training period ) - working time : Full time - This job is the service related job so require to work during public holiday (being paid for work on public holiday). - have insurance (NSSF) - provide meal etc...
